office not recognised

Office stopped working. said end of trial period, but had already loaded and
run using full office 2007 home & student disc setup. Still refuses to accept
existence of 'new' office despite re-loading and re repairing etc. wont
recognise product code either despite painstakingly copying and retyping it
from program several times

Uninstall both the trial version AND the new version. Then re-install the
new version.
