Office on 64-bit terminal server

Robert Brown

I have been having some issues with Outlook on a 64-bit terminal server. I
have noticed that when I view the Outlook processes in task manager some of
the processes are outlook.exe and some are outlook.exe *32. Why would some
be 32-bit and others be what appears to be 64-bit?

Office only runs in 32 bit space. There is no Office 64 bit.

Forgive my follow up question -

Why do some of the processes in task manager show as "outlook.exe" and some
show as "outlook.exe *32"?

Please forgive my ignorance on this topic.

Thank you,
Robert Brown
