I have been upgrading from office 97 to office 2000. I have upgraded about
30 of our computers so far. I install office 2000, install sp3, then I get
the updates from the office update webpage and install those. I then have
the user login to the computer which is either win2k or winxp. I have
noticed a problem with 2 computers. Every time the user opens outlook it
asks if they want to use the same settings as they did in the old version of
outlook which is normal. I choose yes and outlook opens and works fine. The
problem is every time they open outlook it gives the same wizard asking if
they want to use the settings from the old version of outlook.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
