Office Outlook 2003 cannot configure with internet

I currently use Outlook express and have no problem with my ADSL. When I
tried to switch over to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 I run into a SMTP error
message and dial up keeps popping up.Is there a problem with program or is it
me?
