What e-mail options are you looking at? Under Control Panel->Mail Icon,
have you installed your mail account settings? Have you opened Outlook and
let it import your OE mail? What steps have you taken to get your mail in
Outlook?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
