Office Outlook 2003 will not recieve unless I re-boot

When I open Office Outlook 2003 and check my emails I cannot do so if I have
previous opened and closed Outlook. I must re boot my PC to enable Outlook to
recieve emails. I can send OK. My Outlook is SP3 with XP Pro

Sounds like you have an Outlook shutdown issue. Check your addins to find
out which one is preventing from Outlook closing completely.
