Office Outlook - Calendar

When I open Outlook and look at the folders list in the left side toolbar,
the Calendar heading has a blue number 1 next to it - (1) What does this
mean? I have tried clicking on it and nothing happens, it takes me to Today
and the time that we are currently. I can not get rid of this number.

It means you have one unread items in your calendar. Right click on the calendar folder and select to mark all as read.

After furious head scratching, Innovman 2006 asked:

Milly,

Thanks for the help, I actually figured out how to remove the number but did
not find the unread entry in my Calendar.
