Office Outlook error message

I run Windows XP Home Edition, Microsft Office 11 and use Outlook for my
e-mail.
It has been running ok but had to reload Windows Media player. Since then I
can no longer open .jpg attachments from emails I receive. The error message
is "Application not found". Can you help me with this?

Windows explorer, Tools menu, folder options, file types, scroll down the
list until you find JPEG, select it, click Change, navigate to whatever
program you want to open jpgs with.
