Office Picture Manager saves only as a .tif

Hey all have a weard one, I have a user that uses a HP Scanner and whe
she scans it is only being saved as a .Tif file. I have searched th
google arena for a wile and wanted to know is anyone has the same issu
or a cure. We are running XP Pro, with Office 2003 ent. Everything ha
worked in the past, this is a new issue.

Any input appreciated...

Look on the HP web site for a solution. There are very good support documents on
the HP site.

Picture Manager can Export the "incoming" image to any of a variety of
file types. If it is defaulting to "tif" coming from the scanner, review
the HP scanner setup, it's not caused by Office Picture Manager.
