office prints only bottom half of letters

When I type in Office I only have the bottom half of the letters. How do I
change this so the document looks and prints properly?

What program in Office, version? If Word check this but don't know if it is
your issue. Click Format, then Paragraph. In spacing check what is in Line
Spacing box. It should read Single as the default. If you have it set to
Exactly and the point size is less than that of the font, you will cut off
the tops of the letters.
