office pro 2003 & windows me

Hello
I was trying to install Office Pro 2003 on my computer,
and when I put the disk I get an error saying "the
specified program requires a newer version of windows."
I am running windows ME and am wondering if there is a way
to get past this and install it on my computer. (It wont
even let me open the cd through my computer, I get the
same error message.)
