I just installed Office Professional 2003 from a previous
Office 97 version purchased as a student at a
university. When I close any Office program, including
Outlook now, I get a box that asks if I want to save the
document or the Normal template. Also, when I try to
open my office 97 word files, I get a box that says the
File *.* is not available. I looked at the following
link but my issue was not addressed there:
