I have installed office pro 2003 (project)i the french
version, but now I would like to be able to use the
program in a other language too.
I have tried changing the language with MS support
program, but no luck. Does anybody have an idee?

You have to buy a copy of Office for the language you wish. You can't change
an English version to a German version.

That said, perhaps that isn't what you're really asking. Windows has the
ability to let you type in different languages (different keyboard
layouts)....would that not suffice?
