Thanks for the reply. I have already been stiffed by a seller on eBay and
am looking for a REPUTABLE seller. Amazon redirects you to other sellers
and the product is not coming directly from Amazon - no good regardless of
what the guarntees say. No mainstream retail outlet that I have checked has
it for sale. Is it possible to buy it directly from Microsoft? Thanks again.

No, Microsoft no longer sells it. The remaining stock they have they
reserve for replacement of lost, broken or stolen Office CDs upon request by
the user (with proof of purchase).
