Disk 2 will not install. Downloaded from MS site, entered license #, Disk 1
installed OK, Disk 2 went through the entire process and said it did not
install any of the components and referred me to a detailed list that only a
MS tech could understand. Suggestions? New Dell, with Vista SP1
