Office Pro 2007

I'm trying to load a new copy of Office Pro 2007 onto a machine that has
Office Ultimate which has been now been flagged "not genuine". When I loaded
Pro 2007, I'm still getting the "not genuine" message. The person who
originally sold me the computer w/ software is no longer around to check the
validity, hence the purchase of Pro 2007. Do I have to de-install Ultimate
before I can load Pro 2007? If not, what do I need to do?

Try uninstalling all Office 2007 components before re-installing.
