There is only one upgrade, and it scans your system to see
what it is upgrading from. It may get confused if your
system is not completely clear about what is installed.
If it gets too confused, you will have to un-install
everything, clean the system, and then re-install.
But if you just have Office 2003, and just want to
install Access, you can just let it go ahead, and
worry about problems later.
