Office Professional 2000 - Operating Systems

I have a Dell desk top using the 98SE operating system. I bought the MS
Office Professional 2000 with the computer. I have the CDs. Can I use this
version of Office Professional on a new or used computer using, say, the XP
operating system? Or a better question is: which operating systems will
this software run on?

Any potential problems?

I know just enough to be dangerous. Thanks in advance for help.

Office 2000 will run on XP just fine. If it is the OEM version it is
tied to the original PC though. For user rights please see the EULA for
it. You should find it in the Office sub directory. (EULA.txt)
