Office Professional 2003 OEM???

I have just been introduced to OEM (Original Equiptment Manufacturer). I
believe the software doe's not come with the box. What else does'nt it come
with - ie - key codes and registration, license? Should I be cautioned? Is
there a down side etc? What's the difference?

You can't move it to another PC, it's permanantly tied to the one it is
first installed on.
MS will not give any support, or replacement media etc; that's down to the
supplier.
