I guess I didn't make myself completely clear. I am using the program for
home use. I do a lot of graphics for myself and others. The only reason I
asked for the Office XP disc is because that is what the the 2003 siad I
needed to acess the graphics. I also forgot to mention that this is a OEM
version, but shouldn't it still have the capabilites to access the clipart?

Return it to the seller and demand a refund. OEM is not allowed to be
"transferred" apart from the computer it was sold with. That will
resolve the issue.
