I ordered the Office Professional upgrade 2004 several months ago. I hear
that it's been released. So why haven't I received it yet. I did hear that
perhaps the Professional Version is not finished yet. Does anyone know if
this is true? Thanks for any help

Last I saw, Pro is expected this month.

From what I've read, it won't ship until after Windows XP SP2 has been
released:

"We are waiting for the release of Windows XP SP2 in order to offer the most
recent, most secure version of Windows XP to our Virtual PC for Mac
customers"
