Office Professional 2007 (Academic) or Office Professional 2007

I am a teacher and would like to know which product is better for me. Is it
just a matter of price? Do both products offer the same software? I would
have considered Office Home and Student, but it does not include Outlook.

They are the same products. You need to know what the EULA (not called that
now but you know what I mean) says to know what the differences are.
