Office Professional 2007 Uninstall Problem

I am having problems uninstalling Office Professional 2007 (RTM). The dialog
displaying the progress bar is displayed but unfortunately the process does
not complete and I am presented with the following:

"Microsoft Office Professional 2007 uninstall did not complete successfully."

Could anyone please advise me where I can see a log of the attempted
uninstall operations so I can troubleshoot the issue?

The log is in your temp directory: Start, Run, %temp%
Look for files starting with SetupExe and the extension .log

You might just have to resort to the manual removal steps to get rid of
it. See the RTM Issues Page linked below my name for them (the page says
that they are for the beta, but they work for RTM as well).

I'm working through the manual steps now. Wow, what a mission...
