Office Professional 2007

I had purchased the Office Professional 2007 from Microsoft the download
version.
The problem I am having is, that when the program is down loaded 99%, an
error occurs. I have tried four times and have yet to have success with this
down load
version. The version I have now is office 2003.

Please if someone knows the trick of downloading a program, let me know.

If you are using the transfer manager then click resume after you get the
errormessage.
