Office Professional Installation

I have Office Pro installed on my office machine (one man office). I am
doing increasing work from my home. I DO NOT have or want a lap top. Can I
install Office Pro on my home machine and keep it on my office machine.

Assuming a retail licence its generally allows for the same user to install
on a desktop & Laptop for their own use.
That being the case no one is going to kick your door down & lock you up
