office proffesional 2007 install problem

I am trying to install office Professional 2007 and I keep getting the
following error almost immediately after I insert the disk.

"A required .DLL file, DBGHELP.DLL, was not found."

The computer I am installing it on currently is running Win98 and does not
have word.

Any suggestions?

Office 2007 cannot be installed on win98 it requires winxp sp2?
