Hi Mike,
As an exception to the 'no cross-grades' rule, there *is* an upgrade package that includes MS Office 2003 Professional Edition that
does accept other Office 2003 editions as the basis for the upgrade, but there is a 'small' catch
The MS Office 2006 Small Business Management Edition (not the Small Business Edition) upgrade includes MS Office 2003 Professional
Edition but/and it also contains MS Office 2006 Small Business Accouting, which you may not need and it does raise the price of the
upgrade package a bit.
But, besides the 'catch' there is good news. Any purchase of a legitimate, MS Office 2003 retail edition after 25Oct06 will get you
a free (except shipping & handling [and other local country rules]) upgrade to Office 2007 when it hits the shelves in the early
part of 2007.

I have Office 2003 Basic Addition (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Can I upgrade
to Office 2003 Professional Edition? The box does not list Office 2003
products as being compatible with the upgrade. Please help. Thanks.>>
