When I receive a powerpoint file or word document that was created by a
colleague in Mexico I get the "Powerpoint must close, sorry for the
inconvenience..." dialog box. I can recreate the problem over and over
again. Any thoughts. I'd imagine since it happens for word and powerpoint
it probably has something to do with a setting, perhaps language preference.
I tried to set to spanish but with no luck. Any help is appreciated. Here
is the info from the dialog box. Let me know if you want me to send you the
file.
