Hello I have microsoft office enterprise 2007 installed on my computer, it
has word, excel, power point, outlook and more with it. Mostly I use the
power point and word for online schooling. The power point works fine but the
word kees encountering a problem. I'll start working on a new document and it
is ok but after about 5 mins, sometimes longer sometimes shorter, it
encounters a problem and has to close. I send the error report but have never
recieved anything about a fix for it. As long as I keep saving the file every
few mins. I can retrieve it if it does crash. When it does crash it tries to
recover the data but it never does, I have to start over from the last point
that I was able to save it at. When it crashes and I click on the what data
will be sent this is what it says.

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 12.006425.1000 AppStamp:49d64d22
ModName: kernel32.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.5781 ModStamp: 49c4f482
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00012afb

I have no idea what this stuff means but if anyone can help me out on how to
fix it so it does not keep crashing I would greatly apprecieate it. If there
is any more information that you may need please let me know what and how to
get it and I will, Thank you.

Make sure that your graphics and printer drivers are both up to date. Delete
and reinstall the printer driver. Make sure both the OS and Office are fully
up to date. Then clean up your computer using the tips found at
http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm .

If it crashes again, try test with Word in Safe Mode. From Start | Run, type
in

winword /a

and press enter. Now test Word for a while to see if it is stable in Safe
Mode. Let us know how you get on.
