office proofing tools 2003 into office 2007

I have just purchased Office 2007 to upgrade from 2003. For some reason
Office Proofing Tools 2003 has not been transferred into Office 2007. Could
someone tell me how to do this please? Or is it not compatible.

Unless you need the Office 2003 proofing tools to correct the Outlook
Express French spelling problem, why would you need them?
