office service pack - cant install

Hi,

I have installed Office X on my G4. Now I want to upgrade the installation
as I want to hook up Entourage to Exchange. However, when I install the
service packs (in order, coming up to v 10.1.5, I am asked to enter my
serial # again. I do this but get a message that the serial # is not valid -
what's going on, anyone have any ideas?

First, make sure once again that you're entering the key correctly -
the B's look a lot like 8s, etc.

Second, the updaters disable keys that were either
known to be pirated or were in wide circulation on the internet
(i.e., had been shared).

If you bought a legitimate copy of Office, you can contact MS
Customer Service to get a new one. See

You need three updaters:

Office 10.1.2

Office 10.1.4

Office 10.1.5

Be sure to disconnect from the internet for updating 10.1.2 if you are
