Office Setup/Startup

I have very recently updated from ME to XP. I am running
Office 2000 and I am only able to startup and run Office
apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) when logged in as the
admin.

When I login as an "ordinary user", I get the following 2
error messages...

....cannot start 7288971 invalid configuration....

and

.....Office - this application must be installed to run.
Please run setup from location.....

I have completely unistalled and removed Office and
reinstalled all Office products, and downloaded and
nstalled all recommended SRs.

Any help will be much appreciated.
