Office Short cut bar

Dear Experts,

I like to setup Office with a thin bar on the right side of my screen that
is always showing on which I put icons to startup various programs (Excel,
Outlook, Internet Explorere, etc).

I recently switched computers and I can't figure out how to display this bar.

I am using Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 and Office 2003
(Excel, Word, Outlook but not MS Access).

Thanks,

Alan

Office 2003 no longer has the Office bar, but it can be installed from a
previous version if you still have the CD.. it is possible to set up a
custom toolbar.. just right click on the existing toolbar and select 'new
toolbar' or use the Quick Launch bar.. to move the XP toolbar to the side,
unlock it first then drag it to whichever side you prefer..
