Office shortcut bar could not be resized

If you have draged the Office Shortcut bar to the top of the screen you can
select the option that it should resize automaticly. This works fine. If you
have draged the bar to the left or right side of the creen you can also selct
this option. The bar is not resizing after that option. Is this a bug or can
anyone help us on how to resize it?
