Office Shortcut Bar

I use Office 2000, have always used the Office Shortcut Bar. In addition to
shortcuts to programs, I've also had buttons set to internet addresses, such
as the post office, UPS, radio stations etc. All of a sudden, none of these
internet address buttons works properly anymore. I suppose this has
something to do with browser changes. I see that Office Shortcut Bar has
been removed from Office since 2003. Any suggestions for a substitute that's
as convenient?

Your operating system now provides the "Toolbars", r-click the Taskbar
and select Toolbars.
