office shortcut bar install package

I want to deploy the office xp shortcut bar to my users that we have upgraded
to office 2003. Before i pull my hair out trying to create a package in
Wise, has anyone else tried making an MSI of just the office shortcut
installation files? and more importantly...where can I get it?
