Office Shortcut Bar Won't Start

I'm using WinXP Pro, & Office 2000. After I installed the
Shortcut Bar and customized it, then rebooted, it does not
start. I have to manually start it every time I power on.
Is there a setting I'm missing?

Do you have a shortcut to it in your Windows Startup folder?
