Office Shortcut Bar

I installed Office XP and when I rebooted my pc I got a
box that wanted to configure my shortcut bar so I
selected yes and now it puts two if them. Any idea why??

If this was an upgrade, you may have a shortcut in the Startup folder from the previous version.
How many "Office" shortcuts are in the Startup folder and what are their names?
Also, please advise which OS you're running.
