Office Shortcut Bar

I have Office XP Professional and unlike Office 2003, it does not have a shortcut bar ... or at least I couldn't find it.

Does anyone know how to set up the shortcut bar in XP Professional?

It is an optional installation. Rerun setup and expand the Office Tools
section. Install the OSB from there.
