Office should let me lock toolbars as WinXP do

Office 2003 should let me lock toolbars as WinXP do.

WinXP only allows you to LOCK the Taskbar. The "TOOLBARS" are NOT able
to be locked.

That is precisely what I meant. That function should be enabled in the
Office 2003 product. You should be able to do so.

Do you know how many people lost time every day due to a misplacement or
involuntarily move or not able to find “TOOLBARSâ€. I heard of this problem
very often. Microsoft should think about productivity lose on this one.
