Office should not load in more than one PC

Is there any thing developed by MS to ensure that MS office or Windows or any
other product can be loaded only once. I have a concept which if developed
will allow loading of a licenced version to be loaded only on one PC and no
more.

A pirated version will not load at all.

You're too late. And even if you do have something, someone will prove you
wrong. Look at the news that hit yesterday about the hacker who cracked the
Blue-ray disk security.

That's a "concept" that's been around for decades, and there are as many
methods to circumvent it as there are crackers interested in "busting"
the protection.
