Office Small Business edition 2003 ltd functionality on all tool

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Office Small Bus 2003 as I thought it
would solve my problem, which is that on all paCKAGES (WORD, EXCEL,POWERPOINT
AND OUTLOOK) the majority of the toolbar buttons and the options on the drop
dwon menus are greyed out and therefore cannot be used. I have detected and
repaired to no avail and naturally am really really keen to get this sorted
out.

All ideas and thoughts most welcome

Is this a full version that you paid extra for or was it a trial version
that was preinstalled on your computer? It sounds like an expired trial
version and now it's time to "pay the piper".
