Office small business error message on re-install

Ive just re-installed Office Small Business 2007 and what ever i click on or
type i get this message
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook couldnot complete your last action or
actions. Please try again later.

I get this message every time. If anyone has any ideas i would greatly
appreciate the assistance.
