office small business issue

Im not sure if i am in the right place, and if not, sorry about that. maybe
i can be directed to the right place:

i did an os upgrade to win xp pro. i did not uninstall my office small
business first. it is now asking for the cd (which i can not locate). can
i uninstall it and replace it with office 2000 premium (which i do have
handy)?
