I am almost always having to re-start the office source engine. Go to my
computer, right click, the services, office source engine. It re-sets itself
to stop. Please try to give me a simple answer.

The file that contains the Office Source Engine is OSE.exe. That file
may be damaged. See Method 2 in
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=903772 for instructions on how to
replace it from the installation disk.
