Office, SP1 download

I installed Office Enterprise on my pc (win xp) on 30-08-09. This last two
weeks I get a download for office SP1 along with other downloads (set to
receive downloads), every thing is downloaded except SP1. I have received a
message that Windows office can not be found!!!
As I have been using it from installation? I ran a diagnostic check from
Microsoft; they found two small faults and rectified them. Tried again, there
is no difference. Either I get it fixed or keep getting a download that will
not install!!!

Office Enterprise is a VL version . As such you need to contact the IT person at the
place where you procured it through the Home Use Program.
Failing the above ,get all your documentation together for your Enterprise including
the VL number and the matching name of the Company,Institution,Armed Forces that it
belongs to along with your purchase slip that will include the VL holders name, and
then use the Free support service that comes with Enterprise
