Office SP3 - Install or Not to Install

Has MicroSoft resolved the issue with SP3? After initially downloading and
installing SP3, my Word Macros quit working. Nor did my Access modules work.

Any idea if the current download has been fixed to not "Break" Office
applications????

Assuming it's the same problem that breaks the autocorrect feature in
Outlook, not yet. The fault page was due to be updated when a fix was
produced, and it hasn't changed so far.
