See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=932974 "You no longer have spell
checking capabilities in some languages in Outlook Express 6.0 after you
install the 2007 Microsoft Office system". In brief, you can reinstall
the proofing tools from an earlier version of Office if you have one, or
you can install a third-party spellchecking utility (there are many,
some free, some not, just ask Google).

Thank you garfield. I do not use outlook 6.0 and I have a new laptop no old
system to reinstall proofing tools. I pay for MSN Premium and expect to get a
working system from Microsoft. Also, it is now September 2007 and Vista is
not new. If now the Office Spell-Checker is not functioning like in XP a big
warning should be posted on the software. Next time I sell you a flight
airport to airport and then tell you it is now required to fly over Rome to
get there. My Office has a spell checker and all that's needed is making it
work in MSN email. No excuses please. Get Bill Gates to take care of the
customers not his billions.

MSN Premium is not part of Microsoft Office. Your rant is off-topic here.

Thought MSN stands for MicroSoftNetwork don't care if Email or Office they
worked together before in XP so why not in Vista. Seems you to me you are
not qualified to answer any technical thing. Bye and don't reply.
