Office Standard 2007 can be loaded on both desktop & laptop?

I know I can purchase the student version which can be loaded on up to 3 PC,
but I use Outlook a lot, hence I am considering the Standard 2007. I don't
find any information if it's strictly for 1 computer, or if it can be
downloaded on laptop and desktop of the same owner. Can anyone help?

If it is a retail-box copy, then you can install on one desktop and one
laptop both owned by you. If it is a preinstalled (OEM) copy that comes
with a new computer, then you can only install on the computer that the
software came with.
