Office Standard 2007 Installed - can I run Access 2007 in Runtime?

I have Office 2007 Standard on an XP Laptop. I want to run Access 2007
databases on runtime ie I don't want full Access 2007 on the Laptop - just
the runtime. Can I download the Office Runtime over the existing Office
Standard installation without interfering with Excel, Word etc.
